What do I do if I need to change my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately it cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding our products or your order, please contact us info@lanrel.eu before proceeding to the checkout.

 

How long does delivery take?

A: Our standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. If you pay for your order by bank transfer, delivery starts the day after we receive your transfer. If the last day for delivery falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, delivery time will automatically be extended to the next working day
Our team works hard to get your parcel to you and your four-legged friend as quickly as possible!

How much is your delivery charge?

A: We offer a free delivery service for all orders over 120 pln
to Poland. If your order comes below this amount we have a flat rate postage fee of 15 pln.

What happens if my delivery is damaged ot items are missing?

A: If you received a damaged or missing shipment, please contact us at info@lanrel.eu within 48 hours of the delivery date to allow us to investigate.
If the item was damaged for other reasons, we reserve the right to deny this claim after investigation.

Can I return the order?

A:If you wish to return the product after receiving your order, you can contact us at info@lanrel.eu to inform us of your decision and return the unopened, unused or undamaged product in its original form to our warehouse at ul. Komandosów 1/2, 32-085 Modlniczka, Poland within 14 days of purchase. Returns are at your own expense and must include a return form and a copy of your order confirmation.
Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
